Let us introduce ourselves as an FMCG products manufacturing company based in Kolkata, West Bengal. We are currently engaged in two business verticals:- cashew processing and aggarbatti sticks manufacturing. We are a third-generation family business and have a business and manufacturing experience of more than 35 years. In both its businesses, Payal Dealers is renowned for its professional management, quality, consistency, and commitment towards good business practices. It is because of this long-term approach that we are today amongst the leaders in both our businesses in Eastern India with three state-of-the-art, fully integrated units in Hooghly and Howrah Districts in West Bengal.
The raw cashews are steamed to soften the outer shell, making it easier to remove.
The hard shell is carefully cut and removed to extract the kernel inside.
The kernels are dried to loosen the thin skin, which is then peeled off.
The cashews are sorted based on size and quality, then packed for distribution.
Cashew nuts are directly procured from trusted farm-level sourcing partners and origin markets, ensuring quality verification and traceability before processing begins.
